実験施設 ZOKZOKは、株式会社札幌ドームと共同し、大和ハウス プレミストドームの平時の賑わい創出に向けた連携プロジェクトを始動いたします。
連携プロジェクトの記念すべき第一弾として、2026年2月4日（水）～11日（水・祝）に開催される「2026さっぽろ雪まつり」期間に合わせ、大和ハウス プレミストドーム展望台にて、ZOKZOKコアアーティスト・WA!moto. Motoka Watanabe による全長9mの巨大猫型インフレータブル彫刻作品「OU-CNI.」（愛称：OUちゃん）を展示いたします。
ZOKZOK Experimental Facility and Sapporo Dome Co., Ltd. are kicking off a new collaboration to bring more everyday energy to Daiwa House PREMIST DOME.
To mark the first chapter of the project, we will showcase “OU-CNI.”—a 9-meter-long giant cat inflatable sculpture by ZOKZOK core artist WA!moto. Motoka Watanabe—at the Dome’s Observatory during the 2026 Sapporo Snow Festival (Wed, Feb 4–Wed, Feb 11, 2026).

3) Visible by day and by night—an illuminated observatory display
- Not only during the day: after closing hours, the observatory will glow in fluorescent yellow.

ある日は歴史的建造物の中で、またある日は温室のようなアトリウムで。見る人の心の中に平穏と休息を届けます。
A giant cat peacefully taking a nap. Yellow has long been used as a color symbolizing peace and the safe return of loved ones. This yellow giant cat serves as a message of peace to the current chaotic world. Some days, it can be found within historical landmarks, while other days it rests in atriums resembling greenhouses. It brings tranquility and relaxation to the hearts of those who see it.

In a time of growing global tension, I hope art can help bridge the universal, everyday forms of communication we all share.
By connecting Sosei East and Toyohira through art, we begin observing a new cultural experiment.
A public artist who engages in dialogue with cities and society. Watanabe has created works in Japan and abroad that layer human memory and emotion onto urban space, including the large-scale sculpture “YOUwe.” at MIYASHITA PARK in Shibuya and the permanent installation “Sarumu Sando” in Ginza. The 5.7-meter-tall sculpture “Find Our Happiness” in Zhongshan, China, has also drawn attention.
As ZOKZOK’s General Director, Watanabe continues experiments that connect the city and creativity, based at the 2F Creative Lab. (Born in Date, Hokkaido / lives in Tokyo.)

1975年北海道浜頓別町町出身。独学で音楽を学ぶ。音のオートクチュールをコンセプトに広告、TV、映画、舞台、イベント、建築、展覧会等、あらゆる分野に数多くの「音楽」や「音」を提供している。1995年にプロとしてのキャリアを札幌でスタート。
2002年よりドイツ・ハンブルクに拠点を移し主にバレエ音楽を数多く手がける。
2004年に帰国後は建築空間のための作曲を積極的に行う。2007年ミラノサローネ・ヤマハデザイン展、2008年 三宅一生21世紀人展、ミラノサローネ2008「Tokyo Wonder展」、「Design Tide Tokyo2008/2009」メイン会場、 レクサスインターナショナルギャラリー青山、カネボウ SENSAI salon(ヨーロッパ)、Istanbul and Beyond展 (王立英国建築家協会)、ミラノサローネ2011「CANON NEOREALWONDER 展」、同2012「CANONIN THE FOREST」でも空間のための音楽作品を発表し話題を集めている。 2012年開業の東京スカイツリーで は450mの「天望回廊」のサウンド・システムの企画・構成、演出を手掛けた。2013〜14年には元格闘家・須藤元 気率いるパフォーマンス集団「WORLD ORDER」のツアー用楽曲監修を行うなど、舞台音楽方面でも活躍。
2015年「はこだてみらい館」インタラクティブコンテンツのサウンドデザイン、2018年YAMAHAイノベーションロード (浜松市)の360度サラウンドシアターのサウンドデザインを手がける。2025年には大阪・関西万博「BLUE OCEAN DOME」の音楽監修を担当した。
Born in 1975 in Hamatonbetsu, Hokkaido, Japan. Self-taught in music, he works under the concept of “haute couture sound,” providing a wide range of music and sound for advertising, television, film, stage productions, events, architecture, and exhibitions. He began his professional career in Sapporo in 1995.
In 2002, he relocated his base to Hamburg, Germany, where he worked extensively on ballet music.
After returning to Japan in 2004, he became increasingly active in composing for architectural spaces. His spatial music works have been presented in many notable contexts, including the Yamaha Design Exhibition at Salone del Mobile.Milano (2007); Issey Miyake’s 21st Century Man exhibition (2008); Tokyo Wonder at Salone del Mobile.Milano (2008); the main venues of Design Tide Tokyo 2008/2009; Lexus International Gallery Aoyama; Kanebo SENSAI salon (Europe); Istanbul and Beyond (Royal Institute of British Architects); as well as Salone del Mobile.Milano 2011 (CANON NEOREAL WONDER) and 2012 (CANON IN THE FOREST), drawing significant attention for his sound works created specifically for spaces.
For the opening of Tokyo Skytree in 2012, he planned, structured, and directed the sound system for the 450-meter-high Tembo Galleria observation corridor. From 2013 to 2014, he also supervised music for tours by the performance group WORLD ORDER, led by former martial artist Genki Sudo, further expanding his work in stage music.
In 2015, he handled sound design for interactive content at Hakodate Mirai-kan. In 2018, he created the sound design for the 360-degree surround theater at YAMAHA Innovation Road (Hamamatsu). In 2025, he served as music supervisor for the BLUE OCEAN DOME at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.
